We arrange the purchase of your current property while you buy your new home from us, helping you to move into your dream home more quickly and easily.

We manage the sale of your existing home from start to finish and take away the stress and strain of the selling process.

You have access to both your new home and your existing property for up to 2 weeks to which makes life that bit easier.

Who can use the Home Exchange scheme?

Home Exchange is for our homebuyers with a home to sell and allocated to our eligible plots.

We generally have a variety of home exchange offers on plots across our various developments and It is a great solution for busy buyers who wish to be ahead of the market.

We will even consider Home Exchange properties which are of a higher value than the one you are looking to purchase from us.

How does the Home Exchange scheme work?

1. Selection

Select your new home and check with one of our friendly on site Sales Consultants that Home Exchange is available on your chosen home.

2. Qualification

Our Sales team are dedicated to helping you, so by providing them with the approximate value and location of your home allows a swift in principle decision.

3. Valuation

If your property qualifies, we will instruct our third-party agent to conduct independent valuations, and based on the valuer’s advice of achieving a realistic sale within six weeks, they will make you an offer. Any offer is subject to a homebuyer survey and acceptable searches, just like any other purchase.

4. Offer

Any offer is subject to a homebuyer survey and acceptable searches.

If you are happy with the offer, you can proceed to reserving your New Home.

5. Buying Process

Your Sales Consultant will guide you through the buying process and take care of your house sale, we only ask that you support us and allow viewings at times convenient to you.

6. Relax
